What is Aromatherapy?

  • Cedarwood: acts as a sedative for anxiety and relaxation. Blends with: lavender, rose, neroli and rosemary, bergamot, benzoin, cypress, cinnamon, frankincense, juniper, jasmine, lemon, and lime.
  • Frankincense: acts as a sedative, and induces calm, relaxation, and mental peace. Promotes deep breathing that can help lower blood pressure.
